RedArc BCDC1225

One of the latest mods we’ve added to the truck is the RedArc BCDC1225. It’s been awesome being able to link up all of our solar panels to this unit and have it intelligently top off both main and house batteries. I also love that its form factor is pretty small and that it was pretty straightforward to install.

1st Gen Tacoma Specific Phone Mount

I’d say it’s quite rare for companies to make things for the older trucks, but here we are. Roam Offroad seems to have made some of our dreams come true. At least in the phone mount industry. Their phone mount clamps onto the side of the radio bezel or trim and is very secure. I hope to see more like this from them soon.

I believe this phone mount will fit 96-04 Tacoma’s in all trims (I think) and also they offer phone clamps and magnetic phone mounts with or without wireless charging. Give them a look!

the best storage solution possible

I have been wanting some permanent or mounted storage compartments on the truck for quite a while. I’ve made some out of wood and they were great for a little while until water touches them and then they fall apart. Luckily, I ran into the awesome folks at Terra Quest Offroad.

They made my storage dreams come true! I was able to design and sketch out what I wanted for the truck and they were able to make that happen for less than the competition. I think the fact that they are happy to do anything custom is incredibly different in this industry. I think choosing whatever you’d like out of your storage and making it fit your own needs is extremely important when you’re building your perfect “overland” vehicle.

Adding drawers, changing the height of sections, to adding lids, or even changing material, Terra Quest Offroad allows you to do whatever you want. I can’t wait to see what I can build with them next. To check them out, hit the link below.

The last drop down table you’ll ever need

So Rigd Supply has been making amazing products for a while now. I’ve always wanted their drop down tables ever since I saw them. Getting one to work with my swing out proved challenging, however, Jason from Rigd helped me retrofit their latest and greatest table to the truck. The Stainless Steel Ultra Table.

This thing is so stout, easy to use, and a sight for sore eyes. Something about the stainless makes me feel like it’s a perfect food prepping area, which it is. There’s also a white cutting board underneath that slides out the sides. If you haven’t seen these before, please check out Rigd Supply and their offerings. You won’t be disappointed in the quality, I promise you that.
